1. How can I track my order?

As soon as we start packing your order we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online. Please note, that it can take some days before the tracking information is uploaded. You will also be able to track your order when you log into your account.

2. What forms of payment are accepted?

For domestic deliveries (USA) the following payment options are available:
- Payment via credit card
- Payment via PayPal
We only accept payment by Paypal right now, but other third-party payments will come soon in the future.

3. How can I return my order?

You have 14 days to revoke this contract without specifying any reasons. In order to exercise your revocation right, please inform us: support@momove.net. We’ll give you a full refund by the same method you used to pay. You bear the direct costs for returning the products. We can refuse the repayment until the products are returned to us. 4. What happens if I am not available to sign for my order?

Most of our carriers make three attempts to deliver a package. After three delivery attempts, the package will be held at a local depot for up to 5 business days. If you do not pick up your order from the depot, it will be returned to us and we will refund your account(s) accordingly. In the event that we were unable to deliver a Final Sale item, you will be contacted by phone and or e-mail to arrange a new shipment and no refund will be issued.

2. Where does MOMOVE ship to?

United States. (Note: Shipping restrictions may apply to certain products due to factors such as local/state laws, hazmat materials, large or oddly shaped items, or specific address types that some carriers cannot deliver to.)

3. How will my delivery be shipped?

Amazon functions as our logistics partner to ship out MOMOVE products. They will choose the carrier that they think works best for our customers.

5. Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?

Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route,but you can cancel an order within 60 minutes and reorder with accurate details. Notes: If the order is canceled by the customer more than 1 hour after placing an order, the customer must bear any return shipping fees that may apply. If the wrong address is provided by the customer, and this leads to the package being lost or otherwise becoming unrecoverable, the customer shall bear the loss. MOMOVE will not replace the order or issue a refund.
